FAQ
Common questions
What exactly is a "fixed fee"?
The price in your proposal is the full and final price for the agreed scope. If you later want extra features, we quote them separately — you always decide before any additional cost is incurred.
How long does it take?
Most Starter and Growth pages go live within 7–10 working days after we receive your content and the first payment. Pro projects typically take 2–3 weeks.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
You know your business best, so we start from your input. In the Growth and Pro packages we help write and structure the copy, and we can source licensed stock imagery if you don't have photos.
Who owns the website afterwards?
You do — fully. The domain is registered in your name, and you receive all source files. You can host it anywhere or keep it with us on the optional care plan.
Do you work with clients outside Estonia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the EU in English and Estonian. Invoices are issued by EstoTex OÜ, an Estonian company, with EU VAT handling where applicable.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small text or image changes are included for 14 days after launch. After that, choose the care plan or request one-off updates at a fixed price per change.
